Prices and Currency

Website prices use the currency displayed on the product or checkout page. B2B, custom and wholesale orders use the currency and total shown on the formal quotation or PI. Freight, taxes, duties and customization are included only when expressly listed.

Payment Methods and Schedule

Air Science currently supports PayPal, Stripe and Bank Transfer. The specific payment method and payment schedule available for an order are confirmed at Checkout or in the formal Air Science quotation or PI. Production or dispatch begins only after the required cleared payment and order approvals have been received.

Quotation and PI Control

For custom or negotiated orders, the latest accepted quotation or PI controls the model, specifications, quantity, currency, payment schedule and shipping terms. A quotation may have an expiry date and may be revised if specifications or freight requirements change.

Bank Detail Verification

Payment Confirmation and Refunds

An order is treated as paid after funds are confirmed by the payment provider or receiving bank. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate agreed method and remain subject to the Returns, Exchanges and One-Year Warranty policy.
