30-Day Free Returns (For Defective Items)

If you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 30 days of receiving your product, we offer a free return and full refund. Please note that this applies exclusively to factory defects, not to buyer’s remorse or order mistakes, especially for custom-made structures.

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

90-Day Free Exchange

If a structural or manufacturing issue arises within 90 days of receiving your goods, we will provide a free exchange for the same item or a direct replacement of the defective part to ensure your operations are not interrupted.

Free Repair Kits Included

We understand that commercial inflatables endure heavy-duty outdoor use. To ensure minimal downtime for your events or rental business, every order includes a complimentary maintenance kit containing matching PVC materials and essential patching tools for quick, on-site fixes

Factory Warranty & Repair Service

During the official warranty period of your product, we offer free in-house repair services for structural issues not caused by improper use.

Shipping Policy for Repairs: While all repair labor and materials are completely free of charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs associated with sending the item to our facility and returning it to your location.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom / OEM Orders: Any inflatable manufactured with custom 3D designs, specific brand colors, or printed logos cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed critical manufacturing defect.

Damages caused by negligence, improper anchoring, severe weather conditions, or failure to follow operational guidelines are strictly not eligible for free returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Claim

To start a return, exchange, or repair request, please contact our engineering and support team directly at toy@thqm.com. You must include your order details, a clear description of the issue, and high-quality photos or videos demonstrating the defect. Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and provide detailed instructions on the next steps.
