Orders and Acceptance

An order is accepted when Air Science confirms it through checkout, written order confirmation, quotation acceptance or PI payment. Product-specific written documents control if they differ from general website information.

Product Information and Custom Approval

Images may show optional colors, artwork or accessories. Buyers must review dimensions, route layout, entrances, roof style, artwork and other custom details before production. Approved drawings or specifications become part of the order.

Pricing, Payment and Shipping

Pricing, payment schedules, freight and delivery responsibilities follow the checkout record or accepted quotation or PI. The separate Payment and Shipping policies form part of these terms.

Commercial Operation and Safety

The buyer is responsible for suitable supervision, anchoring, blower and electrical use, weather monitoring, site conditions, maintenance and compliance with applicable local laws. Products must be operated according to supplied instructions and within their intended use.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

The buyer confirms that it has permission to use logos, characters, artwork and other materials supplied for customization. Air Science may refuse content that appears unlawful or unauthorized.

Warranty and Claims

Returns, exchanges and warranty remedies are governed by the Returns, Exchanges and One-Year Warranty policy. Claims require enough order and visual evidence for a technical assessment.

Responsibility and Written Changes

Air Science is responsible for the remedies expressly stated in the order documents and published policies. Any change to specifications, payment, delivery or warranty must be confirmed in writing by Air Science. Neither party should rely on an unconfirmed verbal change.
