Production and Dispatch Timing

Production and dispatch timing depends on the selected model, quantity, customization and production schedule. The confirmed lead time is stated at checkout or in the formal quotation or PI. Custom production begins after required order details, artwork and payment conditions are confirmed.

Shipping Quotes

Inflatable mazes are oversized commercial products. Freight is calculated from packed volume, weight, destination, service level and delivery requirements. Unless shipping is included at checkout, Air Science will provide a separate freight quotation before the order is finalized.

Worldwide Delivery and Trade Terms

Air Science can support international delivery. The applicable delivery term, carrier arrangement and responsibility transfer point will be stated in the quotation, PI or shipping document. Where an Incoterm is used, that written Incoterm controls the allocation of freight, insurance, customs and risk.

Customs, Duties and Local Charges

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, destination handling and local delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the written quotation or PI expressly includes them.

Delivery Information

The buyer must provide a complete delivery address, contact person, phone number and any access restrictions. Address changes after dispatch may cause carrier fees or delays. Oversized freight may require unloading equipment or a commercial receiving location.

Transit Inspection and 72-Hour Damage Claims

Visible freight damage must be reported within 72 hours after delivery. Please provide the order number, delivery date, photographs or video of the damage, and photographs of the exterior packaging. Air Science will assist with the freight-damage claim and available resolution.

Inspect the shipment and packaging at delivery. Record visible damage on the carrier document, take photos or video and contact sales@mazeinflatable.com promptly. Keep the packaging and product until the carrier or Air Science confirms the next step. Carrier claim deadlines may apply.
