Before you buy
Clear answers for standard orders, custom projects, and B2B purchasing.
Choosing the right way to buy.
Should I buy a standard model or request a custom quote?
Choose a standard model if you want a proven footprint, faster decision making, and a simple event or rental setup. Request a custom quote if you need special colors, branding, a different route, quantity pricing, or a layout built for a commercial venue.
What information should I prepare before asking for a price?
The fastest quote usually comes from five details: approximate size, quantity, country or delivery city, buyer type, and whether you need a standard model or custom design. If you already have a logo, color theme, drawing, or deadline, send that too.
Can one buyer use both B2C and B2B purchase paths?
Yes. A family, school, camp, or event planner may start with one standard maze. Rental operators, distributors, amusement venues, resorts, and wholesalers often need custom sizing, batch pricing, packing details, or a formal quotation / PI.
Understanding maze space, flow, and use.
How do I choose the right inflatable maze size?
Start with your available ground space, expected age group, and how many people will use it at the same time. For rental business, leave enough safety space around the maze. For venues, we can help you compare traffic flow, entrance direction, and operation capacity.
What does entrance or exit direction mean?
Entrance and exit direction affect how visitors queue, move, and leave the maze. If your event space has one main crowd flow, tell us the preferred entrance side. For custom projects, we can adjust the route direction before production.
Can you help if I only know my venue size, not the maze size?
Yes. Send your usable area, surface type, indoor or outdoor use, and expected visitor age. We can suggest a practical maze size and explain what should be kept clear for setup, blower placement, and safe operation.
Branding, themes, and B2B requirements.
Can I customize colors, logo, theme, or route design?
Yes. Custom colors, logo placement, theme styling, entrance panels, and route changes can be discussed before production. For branded or commercial projects, send artwork files, brand colors, and any visual references you like.
Will you confirm the design before production starts?
For custom orders, we confirm key details before production: size, layout, color direction, logo position, material details, and packing requirements. This helps avoid misunderstandings and gives the buyer a clearer factory process.
Can distributors or rental companies request wholesale pricing?
Yes. If you are buying several units or planning ongoing purchases, tell us the quantity, target market, and model mix. We can review batch pricing, packing direction, and whether standard or custom units are better for your business.
Can I get a formal quotation or PI for purchasing approval?
Yes. After the main details are clear, our factory team can prepare formal quotation support or PI information for B2B purchasing, internal approval, or import planning. Use the Contact Us page to send the details.
What happens after you confirm the order.
How long does production usually take?
Production time depends on size, quantity, customization, and factory schedule. A standard model is usually easier to plan. A custom maze needs time for layout confirmation, artwork checking, production, inspection, and packing.
How is shipping handled for international buyers?
Tell us your country, delivery city, and whether you need door-to-door guidance or only factory shipping details. We can help prepare packing information and coordinate the quote direction based on your destination and order size.
Will I see photos before the product is packed or shipped?
For suitable orders, we can share production or packing photos before shipment so you have more confidence about what is being prepared. This is especially helpful for custom projects, B2B orders, and first-time international buyers.
What accessories should I ask about?
Ask about blowers, repair material, packing bags, anchoring direction, and any operation accessories needed for your market. Power plug and blower requirements can vary by country, so mention your destination early.
Safety, operation, and after-sales questions.
Is an inflatable maze suitable for children, events, and rental use?
It can be suitable when the size, user age, surface, supervision, and setup method match the event. Tell us who will use it and where it will be installed. We can help you choose a more practical layout for your operation.
What should I know about daily operation and care?
Use the product on a suitable surface, keep sharp objects away, follow blower and anchoring guidance, and supervise users during operation. After use, clean and dry the maze before storage to protect the material and seams.
What if I need repair guidance or replacement parts later?
Send clear photos or videos of the issue, plus your order details. Our team can help identify whether it is a small repair, operation issue, accessory question, or a part that needs replacement support.
